Alex Monroe's first collection was in 1987 and now his jewellery is synonymous with a very British sense of style. It is feminine, delicate, nostalgic and quirky, but above all consistently wearable. Alex grew up in the Suffolk countryside, and his love for the natural world and its enchanting beauty and intricacy yet lightness of touch are translated into all of his jewellery, of which every piece is individually designed and handmade in England by Alex and his team.

The necklace is made of a mix of of solid sterling silver and 22ct gold plate. The circle loop measures 1.5cm across and comes on an adjustable chain, which can be worn at either 16 or 18 inches.
